Our contracts/invoices request that all payment for domain names and hosting are made at least 7 days before renewal.  This allows us time to process your invoice and ensure that your renewal on time and with no loss of service.

Recent changes by Domain Name Registrars now mean that domains not re-registerred on the date due will be suspended.  This is outside our control.

Please note: payments made less than 48 hrs before due date cannot be guaranteed to be actioned.
